Have an Attitude of Gratitude!!

It's GOOD for you!!

It's good for Every part of your being...your mind, your body and your soul. It's the type of Attitude that will always get you through your toughest days. It never fails!!

Studies have shown, people who think and write about all which they are Grateful for, live much happier lives than those who choose to always see the worst in every situation. Which do you choose? To live a Happy and Abundant Life in Gratitude or to live Miserably, forever playing the "blame" game?? I certainly know the answer to that!! So, let's begin your daily gratitude journal TODAY!! Today is the Beginning of Your New Life.

Here are your first steps to transforming You and Your Life:


First and foremost, you'll need a journal. You can purchase one at any bookstore or if you're crafty, you can even create one. Personalize it, too. This is the very tool which will turn all your "bad" days to Happy, Grateful, Joyful days, so make it extra special. It also needs to travel. So, make sure its a size you can caring with you in your handbag or your briefcase.

Begin each day taking a few moments to think and write about 3 things you are most Grateful for. Example, I'm ever so Grateful for waking up to a bright, sunny day!! or I'm ever so Grateful to have spent the entire night next to my soul mate.

As you write your Gratitude statements, say them aloud, and Feel the LOVE, the JOY, and the ABUNDANCE. I mean FEEL it!! Feel it move through every inch of your body, from your head to your very toes, until you're smiling ear to ear.

Isn't that such a Wonderful feeling?

Now imagine having that feeling throughout your day. This is why your journal needs to travel. When Life brings about something that begets negativity, nip that negativity in the bud!! Use your Gratitude journal to banish all those negative thoughts running through your mind. Reading all the Wonderful things you are Grateful for will make the negativity short lived.

Don't hesitate to write more Gratitude statements for the negative thoughts you were just having. Turn that miserable thought into a joyful one!!

After your first, Beautiful day living a life of Gratitude, you'll have plenty more to add to your journal. Repeat the steps before retiring for the night and you are sure to be smiling from ear to ear again.

I'm grateful for the crazy morning itself, because it means my family is healthy and active, and that my sons can go to safe schools and my husband can go to work.
