Do The Gratitude Dance!!

Yes, there really is a "Gratitude Dance." It is the most hilarious thing you'll ever see. It will uplift your spirits, bring about incredible laughter and ANYBODY can do it!! No professional dancing skills required. :)

Earlier in our blog we mentioned how Laughter is the Best Medicine, and the many ways to bring more Laughter into our lives. Today, we're going to make you laugh. There's too many benefits involved with laughing, we shouldn't ignore. When laughter reduces stress, boosts health-enhancing hormones and works wonders on our immune system, why wouldn't you want to bring more laughter to your day?

So, get up off the chair, turn up the volume, and do the Gratitude Dance with us!! Let's have some FUN!!

  1. Hugo & Roxanne, that was unbelievably funny. You are so right about the gratitude dance. Every night before I go to sleep, I do the gratitude prayer. I think I will incorporate the gratitude dance into my daily routine! Even I can learn that dance move! LOL

    Thank You for the awesome video. I LOVE IT! I will do my “Gratitude Dance” to Hakuna Matata. Gratitude is the cure to all things; it is difficult for any body to stay angry, upset or depressed while they are in the state of gratitude. Another word, if each of us just takes a little time to counts our blessings everyday. To come to a state of gratitude, we will all be happier people and the world will be a better place. And what great way to count my blessings while doing the “Gratitude Dance”.

    Fantastic work you two are doing, keep it up! You are helping the world be a better place. Just think a year from now, where would you be with this? How many people you made smile? Hum… a year form now?

    Thank you for reminding us all how important it is to be grateful. Since I started expressing my gratitude every day, my life had transformed I a way I never thought it could. Now, I'm trying to keep a gratitude journal. And the dance is so great, you cannot do it without laughing! =)))
